SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched by the next business day. Orders are sent from our headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. We ship to all countries with standard shipping. All orders placed will receive a confirmation email by the next business day containing a tracking number to track the status of the order.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders within Melbourne metro have an estimated arrival time of 2 days. Outside of Melbourne, domestic orders will arrive between 5-10 business days depending on the location. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75 (AUD) in Australia.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping times are between 5-14 business days depending on the location. International orders may vary due to customs in each country. COVID19 may affect shipping times in some countries.

We offer free standard international shipping for orders over $100 (AUD).

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Customers may return unopened and unused products within 14-days of purchase and receive a full refund, exchange or credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Klara Cosmetics website receipt of purchase.
