Order Processing

Disclaimer: All orders are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars). Meaning: the total will be converted to AUD, using the most current exchange rate, of your local currency. Not to worry, it's the same amount displayed in your Cart.


Standard: delivery times are between 5-10 business days depending on the location. 
Free standard shipping for orders over $70 (AUD).

Please note: All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia.  If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.


Standard: shipping times international are between 5-14 business day depending on the location.
Free standard International shipping for orders over $150 (AUD).
Note: International orders may vary due to customs in each country. 


Returns Policy

  • Customers who shop on may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund, exchange or credit.
  • Klara Cosmetics does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Klara Cosmetics website receipt of purchase.
  • Please understand that we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.
  • Any returns that have been ordered via will need to be returned to the Klara Cosmetics head office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email Klara Cosmetics at to have the return authorised.
  • Klara Cosmetics will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.


Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at as soon as you ascertain that the item is damaged or incorrect. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately, quoting your order number. The resupply of the product will not incur shipping.


If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Each order you place can be shipped to a single address. If you, or your company, require orders to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order per address.
