Returns Policy
- Customers who shop on klaracosmetics.com may return unopened and unused products within 14-days of purchase and receive a full refund, exchange or credit.
- Klara Cosmetics does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original Klara Cosmetics website receipt of purchase.
- Please understand that we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.
- Any returns that have been ordered via klaracosmetics.com will need to be returned to the Klara Cosmetics head office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email Klara Cosmetics at customerservice@klaracosmetics.com to have the return authorised.
- Klara Cosmetics will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.
